cleanmyalbums.com will use cleaning solutions specifically formulated for the purpose of cleaning vinyl records to remove dirt, mold and other like substances from the record surface. See Pricing page for rates. The Vinyl Album Cleaning Service cannot and will not restore or otherwise improve scratches or other damage that may exist on the record surface.
Shipping & Handling Policies
Upon receipt of your albums from your chosen shipper, cleanmyalbums.com will inspect your albums and immediately notify you of breakage during delivery so you may pursue shipping damage claims with the shipper.
Cleanmyalbums.com uses the United States Postal Service to return ship your albums to you. Every record we clean is carefully packaged for shipment. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-shipment basis and will be included in your invoice. Customer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges. See the Pricing page for handling charge rates. At your request and designated dollar amount, we will purchase additional shipping insurance from the USPS as available.
